This ambitious work is typical of Arita porcelain Lab, which is always striving to "modernize the evolution of Arita porcelain." It is particular about creating a beautiful silhouette reminiscent of a modern work of art, and has succeeded in molding it into a single piece, something that was previously thought to be difficult to achieve with ceramics.

The slim bowl reduces the surface area that the alcohol comes into contact with the air, so the delicate flavor and aroma of the alcohol are not lost, and the bubbles are still good. It brings out the best in not only sparkling sake, but also sparkling drinks such as champagne.
