Prada will open a new pop-up store, "PRADA REACTIVE," at The Stage on the first floor of the Isetan Shinjuku Men's Building from December 14, 2022, featuring a special collection of clothing and accessories made with Re-Nylon.

The "PRADA REACTIVE" pop-up store will feature an urban-style interior featuring eye-catching graphics and videos, showcasing a new, sustainable collection of clothing and accessories made with Re-Nylon, a regenerated nylon made from recycled plastic. The nylon used in the collection has been specially treated to dynamically react to light, heat and water, evoking the effects of climate change.

The Prada logo is printed on coats, jackets, trousers and shirts with a special reflective pigment that only appears when the fabric comes into contact with water, creating a captivating tone-on-tone effect with the contrast between shiny and matte areas. The prints on the down jackets and padded jackets become visible when the temperature drops below 10°C, while the thin, phosphorescent nylon and jersey garments feature triangles that glow neon green in the dark when exposed to sunlight, and details such as zippers and logos have reflective properties that reflect light.
