adidas Originals will release the third installment of its "Never Made" concept, a new collection created by fusing past archives with the latest innovations, the all-black "Triple Black Never Made Pack," on December 12th.

"Never Made" is a concept of footwear that was literally "never made," born from the fusion of groundbreaking silhouettes and the technology that supports them. Sampling archive models from the '70s to '90s, the collection combines designs evocative of the heyday of sports shoes and sneaker culture with the brand's latest innovations to create a collection that connects the past and the future.
"Ix4D" EE3657 (45,000 yen)
This collection features eight distinctive silhouettes, expressing the brand's design process.
From the 1970s models known as the "BEST OF THE 70S," three models have been released: "Ix4D," "COUNTRYxKAMANDA," and "MARATHONx5923," which have been reinterpreted through the concept of a modern running silhouette. The "Ix4D" (45,000 yen) features the "I-5923" silhouette, which originates from a 70s retro design, and Adidas' latest innovation, the revolutionary midsole, ADIDAS 4D, with a different dimension of structure. The "COUNTRYxKAMANDA" (16,000 yen) combines the upper design of the "Country," which was created as a cross-country running shoe suitable for any terrain, with the gum sole of the "Kamanda," inspired by terrace culture. The "MARATHONx5923" (16,000 yen) reimagines the mesh upper and suede overlays of the "Marathon," one of the brand's early running silhouettes, with the BOOST foam of the "I-5923."
"BOSTONSUPERxR1" EE3654 (18,000 yen)
From the 1980s models titled "80S RUNNING ICONS," footwear has been released that combines the tooling of the "NMD_R1" from the "NMD" series, one of the most iconic innovations for Adidas today.
The "MICROPACERxR1" (22,000 yen) features an updated upper in black leather based on the "Micropacer," a pioneering shoe when it was first released in 1984. The shoe tongue is equipped with a digital stopwatch, and the sole uses the same BOOST foam as the "NMD." The "BOSTONSUPERxR1" (18,000 yen) is based on the "Boston Runner," a design iconic to Adidas from the 1980s, but incorporates BOOST foam instead of the original rubber sole. The "RISINGSTARxR1" (19,000 yen) has also been updated with a black leather upper and tonal three stripes, and is equipped with white and black BOOST foam.
"ZX930xEQT" EE3649 (20,000 yen)
Two models, "98xCRAZYBYW" and "ZX930xEQT," were developed under the theme of "GENETICALLY MODIFIED 90'S TECH."
The split sole of "Feet You Wear (FYW)," which was created in the 90s to meet the needs of basketball fans, brought unprecedented comfort to people's feet at the time. The hybrid model, "98xCRAZYBYW" (¥20,000), features the FYW Badge of Sports logo and incorporates the BOOST foam from the CRAZY BYW. The "ZX930xEQT" (¥20,000) features the upper design of the ZX930 from the ZX series with an EQT midsole. The "Triple Black Never Made Pack" is available at the adidas Originals Flagship Store Tokyo, adidas Originals shops nationwide, adidas Brand Core Stores Sendai, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Nagoya, and Hiroshima, the adidas online shop, atmos stores, UNDEFEATED stores, KICKS LAB. stores, BILLY'S ENT stores, and ABC-MART GRAND STAGE stores.
The "Ix4D" EE3657 will be sold at the Adidas Originals Flagship Store Tokyo using lottery tickets. A lottery will be held from 9am to determine the order of entry, and customers will enter the store in the order of the time printed on their ticket, and there will be a limit on the number of items available for sale.
