The new flagship will occupy six floors and boast a sales floor area of approximately 800 square meters, making it the brand's largest boutique in Asia. The store will carry a wide range of women's and men's ready-to-wear, handbags, leather goods, luggage, eyewear, shoes, fragrances, jewelry, and home & furniture collections, as well as flagship items such as pillows (88,000 yen), photo frames (61,000 yen), notebook covers (36,000 yen), and eye masks (32,000 yen).

Inspired by Tokyo's futuristic sensibility and modernist architecture, the exterior reflects the city's unique character. The façade, made of over 900 square silver metal panels with a "Lunar" finish, mimics the brand's signature intrecciato weave. The weave gradually fades toward the windows and entrance area.

The interior draws inspiration from the artists who founded the Light & Space movement in the 1960s. They explored the conceptual use of light and geometric forms in the design of the space. Drawing on both Japanese and Italian traditions, the store utilized a "Kyoto White" plaster and traditional plaster, as well as geometric, three-dimensional surfaces to frame the product display area. These frames also create a three-dimensional effect facing the windows and entrance area, and their color changes throughout the day with the natural movement of the sun.

The flooring is made of natural oak with a beautiful, clean, linear grain. The design is inspired by ash, a rare Japanese wood with a distinctive grain. Other materials used throughout the store include Japanese teppei stone, a material used in architecture in the late Edo period, and various Italian marbles, including Bottega Veneta's signature Persian red travertine. Display tables are crafted from hammered oak to create a distinctive honeycomb texture, with custom finishes inspired by traditional Japanese craftsmanship. The basement will house men's leather goods and shoes, the first floor will feature women's leather goods and eyewear, and the second floor will house a women's shoe salon and a dedicated space for women's bags crafted in Precious Skin, as well as a personalization service. The third floor will feature women's ready-to-wear and shoes, the fourth floor will feature men's ready-to-wear and men's items crafted in Precious Skin, and the fifth floor will be a private floor available by appointment.

In addition, the Bottega Veneta home collection will also be on display. The "Tassello" and "Rudi" sofa series will be available in a special color palette exclusive to the flagship store, creating a unique contrast within the pale, minimalist interior. Other iconic Italian furnishings on display include chairs by Gio Ponti and the "Sesann" armchair designed by Gianfranco Frattini. These seating pieces will be placed throughout the store, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.

Bottega Veneta CEO Klaus-Dietrich Rath said, "We deeply care about our loyal Bottega Veneta customers in Japan, one of the most important markets in the world. With a wide selection of products in a beautifully designed, one-of-a-kind space, we believe the Ginza flagship will enhance the shopping experience for our customers in Japan and throughout Asia."
