Also Soup Stock Tokyo in Jiyugaoka, Tokyo, which is based on the concept of Soup Stock Tokyo on a holiday, has been offering a year-end party menu since November 13th.


Also Soup Stock Tokyo offers a lineup of three year-end party courses with free drinks, each with a choice of free drinks. The free drinks include sparkling wine, sangria, and other drinks that are easy for women to enjoy. This course features colorful dishes centered around fresh vegetables, and begins with a welcome soup, a bite-sized soup made with seasonal ingredients.

The main course this year is the "Special Whole Chicken Samgyetang." The main dish, Samgyetang, is made with more than 10 types of spices and herbs, including ginger, cloves, and cumin, and is painstakingly simmered for several hours. The moist, tender chicken and flavorful soup will warm you from the inside out. Finally, you can use the remaining soup to finish off your meal with your choice of noodles or rice porridge.

There are three courses available: a 3,900 yen course with 5 dishes and 7 dishes, a 4,900 yen course with 6 dishes and 10 dishes, and a 5,900 yen course with 6 dishes and 11 dishes. The 3,900 yen and 4,900 yen courses include "also bouillabaisse," while the 5,900 yen course includes "Special Whole Chicken Samgyetang." Reservations are now being accepted on the restaurant's website.


In addition, kotatsu tables are available on the terrace seating at Orso Soup Stock Tokyo, and the "also Oden Course" is available exclusively on the terrace.

The set includes an appetizer platter and grilled rice balls, and the main dish is Western-style oden, made with several types of dashi stock and left to infuse for two days. Enjoy nine different toppings and sauces, including root vegetables like lotus root and carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms, and pork belly.
Reservations for the "also Oden Course" are accepted by phone only. Reservations must be made two days in advance, and the restaurant can be reserved for two people or more, with a maximum of 12 people.
