It is a uniquely styled space that brings together a variety of things created by people, regions, and eras, including furniture, products, art, design, artisans and workshops, food, health, video, and voices, creating a fresh feeling.

To mark its first anniversary, the complex will be hosting a new type of festival that can be enjoyed by both adults and children. Brands that have been involved in various ways since the facility's opening, as well as brands that have been discovered through CASICA, will be exhibiting.

Participating brands include Katakana, Cul de Sac, HAY hutte, CAMPASS, BROCANTE, farver, Gardening and Regeneration, SML, mature ha., VOIRY, panenka, BOOK TRUCK, Yamaguchi Hiroyuki, and Shooting Visualization.
