Yebisu Garden Place's winter illuminations, "Baccarat ETERNAL LIGHTS - Shape of Joy," will be held from November 3rd to January 14th, 2019. This year, the world's first champagne bar by Baccarat, "Baccarat ETERNAL LIGHTS Champagne Bar with TAITTINGER," will be open for a limited time from November 3rd to December 25th, adjacent to the chandelier.

The annual Yebisu Garden Place winter illuminations. The Baccarat chandelier on display in the Center Plaza is one of the largest in the world, measuring approximately 5 meters tall and 3 meters wide, with 8,472 crystal pieces and 250 lights. It is said that creating these 250 lights required the skill of approximately 70 skilled artisans and 5,380 hours of work. This year's highlight is the world's first champagne bar, "Baccarat ETERNAL LIGHTS Champagne Bar with TAITTINGER," located adjacent to the chandelier. The bar counter, decorated with Baccarat crystal tiles by French interior designer Jacques Grange, evokes the artistic world of Baccarat. The champagne served will be from Taittinger, a renowned French champagne house (1,500 yen per glass, tax included). Enjoy a close-up view of the world's largest Baccarat chandelier while sipping champagne from a Baccarat glass, creating an exquisite experience only available at Ebisu Garden Place.

In addition, this year there will be a photo spot set up where you can take photos of the various expressions of the Baccarat chandelier and the Christmas illuminations. There is also a campaign where you can enter a lottery to win a pair of Baccarat champagne flutes by posting an image of the illuminations at Yebisu Garden Place on Instagram. The application period is from November 3rd to January 14th, 2019, and further details will be announced on the special website. Between November 3rd and December 25th, Clock Square will feature a 10m-tall Christmas tree decorated mainly with red ornaments, as well as a limited-time "Christmas Marche" featuring a row of huts (mountain huts) inspired by the Christmas markets held in Germany and other parts of Europe. Christmas goods will be on sale, and there will also be a solo exhibition of marionettes by marionette artist Orange Parfait. Furthermore, the Entrance Pavilion, Clock Square, Slope Prominade, and Chateau Square will be illuminated with approximately 100,000 sparkling lights in a champagne gold theme until February 28th.
