Toraya Cafe's new store, "Toraya Cafe An Stand Ginza," opened at Ginza Sony Park, which opened on August 9th.


The concept is "a life with bean paste."

The bean paste direct sales store on the third basement floor also has an in-store factory, where they produce and sell "Bean Paste (Simple)" (432 yen), a single-use size (50 grams) exclusive to the Ginza store.
Unlike the "bean paste" sold at other stores, this one is made with simple ingredients—azuki beans, sugar, and agar—enhancing the flavor of the azuki beans and the richness of the bean paste. It will be on sale until fall 2020.

A pop-up store will be open in the park above ground, only in summer and winter.
In summer, they will be selling An Stand Ginza's original "An Paste (Simple)" and "An Paste Shaved Ice," which combines natural ice from the Southern Alps and Yatsugatake Mountains with their own special homemade syrup. The two flavors, which use alcohol, limoncello and rum, are limited edition items that can only be purchased here.

In addition, the three types of "An paste shaved ice" currently on sale at An Stand stores (strawberry, strawberry condensed milk, condensed milk) will also be released in limited versions using "An paste (simple)". The sale period is until September 30th. The flavor will change depending on the season.
