adidas Originals will release the new "SOLAR HU Collection" from its collaborative collection with Pharrell Williams on August 18th.
This collection, featuring vibrant colors, expresses adidas' performance-enhancing functionality, bold patterns, and East African style, where running is deeply ingrained in the culture. Pharrell Williams stated, "I love the peaceful, meditative nature of running," and the collection embodies his shared belief with adidas that everyone has the power to change their lives through sport.
A total of six items will be released, including five footwear models and one apparel model. It's presented in a confident color palette of aqua, scarlet, yellow, collegiate green, and collegiate purple.

The "SOLAR HU NMD" reimagines the iconic NMD with a new trail-running-inspired outsole, vibrant colors, and a ribbed Primeknit construction with intricate weaving techniques. The front design of each shoe is inspired by running bibs, with contrasting black and white patches featuring text such as "MOTHER" and "LAND", "EMPOWER" and "INSPIRE", as well as the Swahili words "MIELE" and "MBELE". The TPU lace cage comes in a variety of eye-catching colors, and the midsole is made of innovative BOOST foam, which boasts excellent rebound.
