Starbucks is reinventing last year's popular "S'mores" Frappuccino® with a rich matcha flavor this year, releasing the "Matcha S'mores Frappuccino®" on August 8th.


S'mores, made with graham crackers sandwiched between toasted marshmallows and chocolate, are an American treat enjoyed at the end of campfires and are gaining popularity in Japan as well. This year's version of last year's popular "S'mores Frappuccino®" retains the same taste and texture as s'mores, but with a refreshing flavor thanks to rich matcha and non-fat milk. It also contains 1.5 times the amount of matcha as the Matcha Cream Frappuccino®, making it an irresistible drink for matcha lovers.

This Frappuccino, which combines the rich flavor of matcha with crunchy biscuits, crispy freeze-dried marshmallows, and baked chocolate that is crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside, allows you to enjoy the unique texture and flavor of s'mores. It will be available for a limited time only at Starbucks stores nationwide (excluding some stores) until August 30th. It is only available in tall size and costs 590 yen.
