One year after moving its atelier to Shizuoka, Everlasting Sprout presented its 2013 Spring/Summer collection. Designer Keiichi Matsumura, whose theme was "Sidewalks," presented a collection inspired by the feeling of taking a stroll or a short break. The first look featured a short-sleeved top and cropped pants, all embroidered with floral motifs. Floral embroidery and knitted flowers continued to appear on dresses and skirts. The colors were muted, with muted shades of white and beige. The colors increased with stripes, color blocks, and borders, but the saturation was adjusted to create a unified look. The silhouettes of the tops were flared and relaxed, with a soft, relaxed look. The main pants were high-waisted, loose around the hips, and tapered toward the hem. Accessories included a knitted obi-like waist belt and an original umbrella.
A textile exhibition was also held at Shibuya Hikarie from October 17th to 18th. The exhibition featured handmade textiles, mainly knitwear, and conveyed the brand's identity.
