Specialty curry stand J.S. CURRY will be offering three types of curry noodles with the theme of "Asian noodles x curry" for three consecutive months from July 1st to September 30th.


J.S. CURRY is a specialty curry stand that offers original curry dishes that mix local ingredients and seasonal flavors. It has two stores in Shibuya, Tokyo, and operates a mobile street vendor "curry truck" that sells its products in various locations.

The summer curries being offered this time include three types of curry noodles inspired by local foods from Asian countries such as Korea, Vietnam, and China. Spicy noodles, a must-have summer dish, are served in an original curry arrangement.

July's menu features "Korean Cold Noodle Curry with Roast Beef," inspired by "Korean Cold Noodles x Curry." It's made with a special soup made from curry roux and soy milk. Following this, in August, "Chilled Pho with Chicken and Coriander Green Curry," a "Vietnamese Pho x Curry," will be available. September's "Majimi Mapo Eggplant Curry Udon" features the contrast between mapo eggplant with the aroma of sansho pepper and rich butter curry.
