The popular seasonal parfait menu item at Emporio Armani Cafe in Omotesando, Tokyo, will be joined in July by the addition of the "Pastel-Colored Maiden Parfait!"

The July parfait, the fifth in the seasonal parfait series, is the "Maiden Parfait!", which features a lovely pastel-colored visual and a completely different, adorable atmosphere from the previous ones.

Made with plenty of fresh peaches, which are in season as summer approaches, as you eat, milk shaved ice and peach sorbet will help you forget the summer heat, as well as pistachio gelato, a popular and classic flavor of Italian gelato, will appear inside.

The dots scattered on top of the parfait are rice crackers called "oiri." They are designed to be enjoyable not only for their visual appearance but also for their texture and flavor. The photogenic "Otome Parfait" will be available for a limited time from July 1st to the end of July.
