Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse will be hosting "Minna no Asa," a morning activity festival themed around enriching your mornings, from July 13th to 16th. In addition to breakfast in an open space, there will be a variety of refreshing activities to spend your time as you like.
World Breakfast All Day "British Breakfast"
The main content of the event, "Minna no Asa," will feature 11 stores specializing in breakfasts from around the world, classic Japanese breakfasts, and breakfast favorites like French toast. Based on the concept of "discovering the world through breakfast," World Breakfast All Day offers traditional breakfasts from around the world in Tokyo, including British, Mexican, and Malaysian breakfasts. The dining area will feature the German-made "LOSBERGER kubo" tent, making its first appearance in Japan. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the open space, with the historic Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse as a backdrop. In addition to breakfast, the venue will also feature a "Marche" featuring approximately 50 stores specializing in vegetables, fruits, and processed foods from Yokohama and Kanagawa Prefectures, as well as delicious and fun items from all over Japan. There will also be a "Green Market" where you can find the perfect houseplant for your room. "Make a mini swag with an antique-patterned ribbon" will also be available. In addition, there will be activities for you to enjoy your morning in any way you like. The Book Truck, a mobile bookstore whose selection and format change depending on its destination, will stock approximately 500 books, including new releases, used books, foreign books, and little magazines. Flower workshops using dried flowers include the "Herbarium Workshop," where participants will create herbariums and swags, and "Making a Mini Swag to Match with Antique-Patterned Ribbons." Other activities include "Radio Calisthenics," led by a current NHK TV radio calisthenics instructor, to wake up the body; "Morning Red Brick Stroll," where participants will learn about the history of the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse; and the "Lounging Space," where visitors can read, lie down, or simply relax. During the event, "Cooling Down Wellness Under the Shade" will also be held, where participants can experience yoga and workshops in a cool, forest-like environment created by the "Fractal Sunshade," a completely new type of sunshade inspired by natural trees.
