WORLD BREAKFAST ALLDAY is a restaurant based on the concept of "discovering the world through breakfast," where you can enjoy breakfast from a different country every two months. From June 5th to July 29th, they will be featuring Vietnamese breakfast.

Located at the eastern edge of Southeast Asia, Vietnam is a long, narrow country stretching from north to south. In the north, you'll find Hanoi, the capital and political and cultural center that retains the atmosphere of an ancient capital. In the center, you'll find Da Nang and Hoi An, popular resort destinations. In the south, you'll find Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam's largest commercial city, nicknamed the "Paris of the East." Known as a country of fine cuisine, Vietnam has a long history of being occupied by China and a French colony for around 60 years from the late 19th century, and as a result, its menu is a fusion of traditional Vietnamese food culture with Chinese and French influences.
Many people in Vietnam eat breakfast outside, and street-side restaurants and food stalls are bustling with people stopping by from around 6am before work or school.

This time, the breakfast served on one plate features "Xoi Ga," a chicken rice dish made with steamed rice cooked with peanuts and topped with chicken, along with two types of Vietnamese spring rolls (fried and raw), a fish sauce-based sauce called "Nuoc Mam," and aromatic vegetables such as coriander. In Vietnamese, "Xoi" means seasoned glutinous rice, and "Nga" means chicken.

In addition, there is a wide lineup of Vietnamese desserts and drinks, including the national sweet "Chè," the Vietnamese-style smoothie "Sinto," and Vietnamese coffee. There are also plans to hold events such as Vietnamese cooking classes and workshops to learn about food culture. Please check the website (http://www.world-breakfast-allday.com/) for more details.
