FLIPPER'S, a soufflé pancake specialty store, will be releasing a limited-edition menu item, "Miracle Pancakes with Melon," using seasonal melon, on June 7th. From July 2nd to 10th, "Miracle Pancakes with Yubari Melon" will be available for a limited time of 9 days.
"Miracle Pancakes with Melon" (1,400 yen)
Based on the concept of "the best dish," Flipper's currently has nine stores in Japan and overseas, and offers "Miracle Pancakes" with new textures and a new experience using carefully selected ingredients and a simple method that makes the most of the ingredients' natural flavors. This time, the "Miracle Pancakes Melon All You Can Eat" (1,400 yen) is available, made with melon pulp, fragrant melon cream, and melon jelly.
A generous quarter of a "Takami melon," rich in juice and refreshingly sweet, is used. The fluffy pancakes are layered in two layers to create a premium feel, with melon jelly and fresh cream sandwiched between them for a rich flavor. The rich yet light melon cream and the gently sweet pancakes melt in your mouth, lingering the mellow aroma of melon, making this a refreshing dish perfect for early summer.

Also, from July 2nd to 10th, "Miracle Pancakes Yubari Melon" (1,600 yen) will be available, made with juicy, richly sweet "Yubari Melon" from Hokkaido. This premium dish will only be available for 9 days.
In addition, summer-only flavors of takeout sweets will also be available. The menu includes items that can only be enjoyed during this period, such as "Tapioca Peach Tea" (take-out 450 yen / eat-in 610 yen), which is iced peach tea with added peach pulp, and the refreshingly sour "Pancake Pie Blueberry Cheese" (400 yen).
