Music streaming service Spotify will hold its first live event, "Spotify Early Noise Night #6," featuring artists it is looking to break out this year, in Osaka on June 15th. "Spotify Early Noise Night" is part of a program that selects promising new artists based on various data at the beginning of the year and supports them throughout the year through venues and live events. The event has been held five times in Tokyo so far. In response to requests from fans and artists, this year's event will be held in Osaka for the first time. This year's event will feature four artists: female rapper Akko Gorilla, whose music was featured in a Spotify commercial that aired nationwide at the end of last year and made her major debut with Sony Music in April; singer-songwriter Taichi Mukai, who is exploring new horizons in soul and dance music; Fukuoka-based rock band Attractions; and Osaka-based SIRUP, led by KYOtaro.
