J.S. PANCAKE CAFE, a pancake shop recommended by JOURNAL STANDARD, is offering a limited-time kids' plate in collaboration with the long-selling picture book series "Little Bear Picture Book." The plate will be available at six J.S. Pancake Cafe locations from May 22nd to July 16th.

Polar Bear Pancakes (1,000 yen)
J.S. Pancake Cafe uses 100% fragrant domestic wheat flour and offers a wide variety of menu items, from sweet treats to exquisitely savory dishes, making it popular with people of all ages, from children to adults.

This time, we've collaborated with "Polar Bear's Hotcakes," a classic from the popular 1970 picture book series "Little Bear Picture Book" (written by Wakayama Ken and published by Kogumasha), which depicts the baking of hotcakes. With the theme of "the joy of food," we have created a dish that expresses a colorful and adorable world view that seems to have come straight out of a picture book.

"Polar Bear Pancakes" are pure white pancakes made with eggs with white yolks from chickens raised on domestic rice, and recreate the adorable face of Polar Bear. The lineup is also packed with other treats that children will love, such as grilled potatoes, chicken meatballs, and fruit.

Original Placemats
In addition, we will be distributing original placemats with the same design as the picture book, and selling limited edition pancake mix packages, allowing you to experience the "joy of eating" and "excitement of making" that the picture book conveys.

These products are available at the Sapporo Stellar Place store, Terrace Mall Shonan store, Mark Is Minatomirai store, Nakano Central Park store, LaLaport Fujimi store, and Kuzuha Mall store. Be sure to try them at a store near you.
