Celebrating its 50th anniversary since its founding by designer Kaneko Isao, PINK HOUSE will hold a 50th anniversary exhibition, "Timeless Pink House," in Daikanyama, Tokyo, which will express the brand's past, present, and future on an unprecedented scale.



Celebrating its 50th anniversary since its founding by designer Kaneko Isao, PINK HOUSE will hold a 50th anniversary exhibition, "Timeless Pink House," in Daikanyama, Tokyo, which will express the brand's past, present, and future on an unprecedented scale. The exhibition will be held at Daikanyama Hillside Forum and run for 10 days from September 30th to October 9th. Tickets must be reserved online in advance, and a commemorative item will be given to those who collect their tickets at the venue on a first-come, first-served basis (*same-day tickets will be sold for any remaining slots).


This commemorative exhibition brings together historic archives from the past to the present, including collections primarily from the 1980s and 1990s, words left by Kaneko Isao, and paper graphics from catalogs and shoppers, all against a backdrop of 200 different prints. Other exhibits include a screening of a film tracing the production process of the corsages that have been beloved since the company's founding, and a projection mapping experience of a "changing dress." The exhibition is designed to allow visitors to experience the brand's worldview and history with all five senses.


In addition, Pink House has collaborated with a wide variety of creators, including designers, brands, lifestyle artists, and craftspeople, to exhibit unique and rare one-of-a-kind pieces. The adjacent anniversary shop will also sell a wide range of collaboration goods and commemorative items, from homages to past hit items to furniture. For those of the nostalgic generation, it will bring back memories. For those of the generation experiencing it for the first time, it will be fresh. This is a special 50th anniversary exhibition that will never be seen again, packed with half a century's worth of the timeless charm of Pink House, and even into the future.
