As the year draws to a close and the festive season approaches, Dior pays homage to its strong bond with Harrods that spans nearly 70 years and Christian Dior's passionate Christmas celebrations.
From November 10, 2022 to January 3, 2023, the Maison will cast a spell on each floor of the London department store, creating an enchanting space with a spectacular display. During this period, the famous Brompton Road façade will be adorned with an installation that reinterprets the Rose des Vents (wind rose), a symbol of good fortune held dear by the Maison's founding couturier, and will be illuminated with a dazzling light display featuring the traditional Dior emblem.
The Dior Gold Star, the Bar jacket and the Medallion Chair invite passersby into the famous Harrods shop windows. Transformed into a fantastical tableau vivant, the windows showcase the House's diverse universes and iconic symbols, from fashion to fragrances and beauty products, alongside a myriad of enchanting decorations such as gingerbread, caramel and candied fruit.
Dior has prepared a host of enchanting surprises and treats for all visitors to this London treasure trove. Unforgettable moments will be shared in the exclusive pop-up Dior Café and the Dior Mini Village. The Village, with its magnified world unfolding, is like a magical world.
