Bentley Motors has announced that each residence at Bentley Residences, a residential tower in Miami, Florida, scheduled for completion in 2026, will feature a four-car garage with space for EV charging.

The tower will offer an exceptional lifestyle, with residents riding their cars in an innovative elevator called the "Dezervator," named after development partner Dezer Development, to quickly transport them from the street to their residence's garage. A virtual tour created for prospective residents will provide a sneak peek at the Bentley Residences, including a glimpse of what it's like to ride the Dezervator to each residence's on-site garage.

Bentley Motors and Dezer Development announced their partnership in 2021, revealing that the brand's first luxury residences would be a 61-story high-rise and that each luxurious residence would offer bay or ocean views. In 2022, a sales gallery will open near the proposed Bentley Residences site in Sunny Isles Beach, providing prospective residents with more information about the Bentley Residences development.
Bentley Residences will be equipped with four Dezer elevators. These elevators, custom designed by Bentley's partner, Dezer Development, are capable of transporting vehicles to the top floor of the 749-foot building. Each elevator is equipped with a hydraulic system that grips the vehicle's tires and pulls it onto a robotic shuttle system, which then transports it up or down to the desired floor.
In addition to the unique experience of being transported on the elevator while remaining seated in your car, the elevator shafts on the lower floors are surrounded by glass, offering panoramic views of the building's common areas.

Up to the top 61st floor, each residence will have a private garage with space for three or four cars, and optional EV charging facilities will be available, allowing residents to store their beloved vehicles in a convenient, secure, and private space. All residents' cars will be RFID-tagged, which will be automatically read upon arrival at Bentley Residences. An advanced lighting system then activates, directing the driver to the correct desarvater to take them to their home. ID information is automatically recognized, so the driver does not need to exit the vehicle or press a button; they simply drive right up to their home.

The Bentley Residences' common spaces and luxury apartments are currently available for virtual tours, powered by Unreal Engine. Unreal Engine is a game engine for game developers, but it's also a platform for creating advanced real-time 3D models, and it's used to create the Bentley Residences virtual tour. The virtual tour allows residents to virtually walk through the building, arrive by car, and ride the desarvater to their desired floor.

Visitors to Bentley Residences, including residents' friends and family, will have access to the underground garage, which will also be equipped with a fast-charging station for electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids. Bentley Residences will also have wireless connectivity throughout the building, and a Hotwire system will enable communication within the Deservater.

In-person tours are available at our sales gallery in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami. Bentley Residences staff will be happy to show you the 6,000-square-foot model apartments, as well as the intricate details of the upcoming building. The luxurious furniture featured in the model rooms, "Bentley Home," is handmade by a luxury Italian furniture manufacturer that is a long-standing brand partner of Bentley Motors. The model rooms provide prospective residents with examples of interior coordination, proposing a new dimension of luxurious lifestyle to Bentley Motors' valued customers. Bentley Residences units start at US$4.2 million.
