Justy, a koppepan specialty store where you can enjoy tropical-themed menu items and original coffee, will open in Yamato City, Kanagawa Prefecture on March 31st.


The store was created by CLASTY Co., Ltd., a company that sells office equipment, in response to the koppepan boom in recent years, with the desire to "create an oasis where people can relax," resulting in a move from a different industry. The store's name, Justy, is a portmanteau of "Just," meaning just right, and the company name, CLASTY. The store aims to be a locally-based store where customers can enjoy a relaxed, just-right atmosphere and experience something out of the ordinary. The shop offers a tropical-inspired menu, including "Blue Hawaii," a refreshing combination of pineapple jam, cream cheese, and vibrantly colored jelly reminiscent of the ocean, and the original "Garlic Shrimp Yakisoba," a yakisoba version of "garlic shrimp," a popular Hawaiian street food. Served in buns baked in-house, the shop offers a total of 27 varieties, all reasonably priced from 160 yen to 450 yen.


When you purchase a bun, you'll receive a free cup of "Justy Original Blend Coffee (mini size)," created by popular roaster "TERA COFFEE and ROASTER."

The coffee beans, developed with the aim of selling them in the future, are an original blend that pairs perfectly with the rolled bread. Based on coffee beans from Yirgacheffe, Sidamo, Ethiopia, blended with beans from Guatemala and Brazil, it has a sweet aroma reminiscent of fruit, such as peach and muscat.
