KAWS is considered one of the most prominent artists of his generation, and his work has transcended the boundaries of regular exhibitions in museums and galleries, captivating a wider audience. Spanning the worlds of art and design, KAWS's diverse work, including painting, murals, large-scale sculptures, street art, graphic design, and product design, often draws inspiration from and utilizes pop culture and animation motifs to create a unique artistic vocabulary. Over the past 20 years, his storied career consistently demonstrates his artistic agility while also displaying wit, satire, and affection for our times.

His sophisticated graphic style breathes life into his work, combining bold, bold action with a keen, playful complexity. Furthermore, as seen in his collaborations with international brands, KAWS's imagery is imbued with a subtle humor and thoughtful interplay with consumer products. His widespread appeal, which has earned him a huge following beyond the art world and a legion of collectors, positions him as a prominent artist in today's culture.

This exhibition will also be held simultaneously at Perrotin Hong Kong from March 26th to May 19th. For KAWS, who established his creative career in Tokyo in the early 2000s and opened Perrotin Hong Kong, this exhibition is something of a triumphant return, so be sure to check it out.
