Fiorentina Pastry Boutique on the first floor of Grand Hyatt Tokyo will be selling Easter chocolates and the traditional French pastry "Poisson d'Avril," perfect for April Fool's Day, for a limited time. They will also be offering a special Easter menu at their popular brunch buffet on March 31st, the day before Easter, and April 1st, the day itself. 
 
 
Easter eggs, the symbol of Easter, are adorable wrapped in a birdcage-like basket. Also available: "Medium Easter Eggs" (approx. 13cm x 8cm, 1 piece) are colorfully painted egg-shaped chocolates filled with seven colors of hazelnut chocolate. Introducing the "Easter Bunny" (S size from ¥1,200, M size ¥2,800, L size ¥4,000), "Easter Chicken" (M size ¥2,800, L size ¥4,000).

This year's sweets, created by a pastry team that has produced pastry chefs who have won and received awards at international confectionery competitions, are the "Easter Bunny" (S size from ¥1,200, M size ¥2,800, L size ¥4,000), a chocolate rabbit said to bring Easter eggs. The lineup also includes the "Easter Chicken" chocolate (medium size 2,800 yen, large size 4,000 yen), a chocolate in the shape of a hen that lays eggs, in honor of Easter. Both are available in three flavors: white, milk, and sweet.
The playful hotel-made Easter chocolates will be on sale from March 19th to April 1st.

Also available are "Poisson d'Avril Cookies" (approx. 10cm, 850 yen), fish-shaped icing cookies that originate in France and are handmade from baking to decoration, and the new "Poisson d'Avril" (600 yen), a piece cake designed to resemble a fishbone. These adorable sweets with playful expressions make the perfect fun April Fool's Day gift. Available from April 1st to April 30th. To celebrate the arrival of spring, French Kitchen, an all-day dining establishment on the second floor, will be offering an "Easter Brunch" (6,200 yen with a glass of champagne, 8,800 yen with free-flow drinks *tax and service charge not included) for two days only, March 31st and April 1st. Guests can enjoy special Easter brunch menu items such as hot cross buns, Easter chocolate, pate de pac, and roast leg of lamb. Both plans have a two-hour seating limit and a 90-minute free-flow drink limit.
