Isetan Shinjuku will be hosting the "Hokkaido Exhibition," a gathering of Hokkaido gourmet food, from March 14th to 19th. A Hokkaido bar will be set up at the venue, where you can enjoy dishes like Tamura's steak sandwich and Hokkaido game pan-fried dumplings. Sapporo's popular NOYMOND CAFE will also be serving premium Hokkaido parfaits. After the bar, you can complete your Sapporo gourmet experience with a "shime parfait," a Sapporo tradition. One standout spot is "Fudokasui," a bakery in Obihiro that's making its first appearance on Honshu. They bake bread made with organic wheat in a special wood-fired oven, attracting many local customers. A wide range of Hokkaido items, from food to crafts, will also be on display.
