When you open the glass container, you'll find a bottle filled with various ingredients, herbs, and bread cut into bite-sized pieces. When you bite into a "Bottle Sandwich," you'll enjoy the strange feeling of eating a sandwich. Of the three options, the "Smoked Salmon Sandwich" (2,000 yen) features smoked salmon, onion, capers, cream cheese, and English bread cut into bite-sized pieces. The "Iberico Ham Sandwich" (2,500 yen) is a bottled dish filled with a mousse of sliced Iberico jamon, rocket leaves, green melon, and sun-dried tomatoes, topped with a baguette marinated in olive oil and garlic. The "Vegetarian Sandwich" (1,500 yen) features grilled zucchini, eggplant, and peppers with herbs, mixed with hummus, feta cheese, and ciabatta bread.
