COFFEE MILK, a specialty coffee and milk cafe proposing a new way to enjoy coffee, will open at Atre Kawasaki on February 17th.

COFFEE MILK specializes in coffee and milk. While the number of specialty stores offering carefully selected coffees is increasing, this is the first shop in Japan to focus on "milk". The cafe will propose a new way to enjoy coffee, focusing not only on the deliciousness of the coffee but also on the flavor and health benefits of the milk. The coffee beans used are single-origin beans (from each production region) that have been roasted individually to bring out the best in each bean's characteristics, and are then blended under the supervision of a coffee appraiser and coffee advisor. We use the freshest, most delicious coffee, delivered directly from our factory immediately after roasting, to offer specialty coffee with a mellow aroma and deep, rich flavor thanks to our exquisite blends.

We offer a variety of styles, including drip coffee and our carefully crafted "Coffee Milk Latte," made with milk that preserves the natural flavors of espresso and the ingredients themselves.

We also offer an expanded lineup of plant-based milks, breaking away from the stereotype that "milk in coffee = cow's milk." Plant-based milks are popular among international celebrities as superfoods, boasting health benefits such as beautiful skin and weight loss. We offer four types of plant-based milk to pair with coffee: soy milk, almond milk, pistachio milk, and walnut milk. All of our milks are free of additives such as flavorings and preservatives, and are sugar-free and dairy-free. We offer a menu that allows you to enjoy coffee in a more delicious and healthy way. We also offer a wide selection of milk from carefully selected domestic sources, including iced foamed milk and milkshakes, which highlight the rich sweetness and flavor of the milk. Enjoy a wide variety of milk-infused drinks.

We also offer a wide selection of milk-infused foods. We focus on milk in our food, offering a lineup of breads that capture the flavor of milk, such as Rich Milk France and Coffee Milk France. Our bread is made with a specially blended flour, carefully kneaded, and baked at 230°C, about 30°C higher than usual, resulting in a crispy crust and a chewy interior.
Our Milk France bread, in particular, features an original milk cream developed to maximize the crunchiness of the bread. The flaky bread is filled with a generous amount of mild milk cream, making it a perfect match with coffee milk. It's a dish you'll finish in no time.
Other menu items available include Buttermilk France with Salted Sweet Bean Sauce and hot dogs, which can be enjoyed as a meal.
