To celebrate Girls' Day, the OFS gallery inside OUR FAVOURITE SHOP in Shirokane, Tokyo, will be holding its annual "OUR FAVOURITE SHOP Hinamatsuri" from February 16th to March 11th. This year, they will be exhibiting and selling "HINA DOLL," a standing Hina doll created by Mataro Dolls, KIGI, and Pass the Baton, a company established by Mataro Dolls, a long-established company in Ueno, Tokyo.

Tachibina are Hina dolls that stand up and are said to be the origin of Hina dolls. If you purchase a "HINA DOLL" during the exhibition period, you can have your name engraved in calligraphy for free. Upon purchase, customers can specify the desired name, and a calligrapher will write it on a specially designed piece of paper, which they will then receive later. This special offer is only available during the exhibition, so don't miss out! Also on display will be a display of Hina dolls, a palace-style display made in the early 1960s and owned by Yoshie Watanabe. From 12:00 to 15:00 on February 24th and 25th, chioben bento boxes, popular for their beautiful color combinations and innovative flavors, will be available for purchase under the title "Enjoy Spring Chioben with Hina Dolls." Only 35 bento boxes will be available each day (¥1,500, tea and dessert included). Enjoy the Hina dolls along with your bento, a symbol of spring. Also, starting at 6:00 PM on March 3rd, a reading event featuring Sugawara Bin and Maeda Emma will feature "Kanohito: A Super-Translated Collection of World Love Poetry." Taking classic love stories, from Goethe and Shakespeare to Ono no Komachi, the spirited poet Sugawara Bin has sublimated them into modern history with his unique sensibility in "Kanohito: A Super-Translated Collection of World Love Poetry" (Tokyo Shimbun). Poems selected for this event from the collection will be performed by model and multifaceted artist Maeda Emma, who will be singing along to the event. There will also be a "Love Poetry Fortune Telling" event, where visitors will be able to read their love fortunes through poetry. The participation fee is 2,000 yen, and the event is limited to 30 people. Why not celebrate the arrival of spring and enjoy Hinamatsuri, a festival celebrating the healthy growth of girls, at this event?
