Fendi "F" enthusiasts arrive at the airport one after another [Men's Fall/Winter 2018-19]

Jan 25, 2018

Fendi's Fall/Winter 2018-19 Men's Collection was unveiled at Milan Fashion Week on January 15th. The runway replicated an airport baggage carousel. An analog flight board displayed a list of arrival cities. For the finale, Silvia Fendi appeared, smiling and raising both hands, with the answer of the F logo playing in the background.

As trunks, briefcases, and packages taped with the Fendi logo flowed on the turntable, items adorned with the double F logo appeared one after another. The diagonal fur logo appeared not only on blousons, but also on gloves, garment bags, slip-ons, leather jackets with logo fur on chest tags and collars, trouser side stripes, nylon coat linings, transparent raincoats, and waist bags, among other items. The uniform jacket worn by the model pushing the airport cart features the logo's oxygen tag and an F patch on the chest, making it suitable for athleisure. This season's collection features diagonally quilted down jackets and fur, as well as logos, checks, and color accents designed in diagonal stripes. The Maison's signature colors of brown and yellow are used this season, with oversized checks and glen check items creating a youthful look. Classic tweed coats, work jackets with shirred waists, nylon-coated blousons and jackets, and other coats with contrasting or patchwork designs are also fun. Checked items are also styled as innerwear. The collage print series also includes parkas, fleece coats, backpacks, caps, hats, and even mini umbrellas with head straps, and is sure to attract a lot of attention.
