Bistro Favori x Marou releases "Chocolate French Toast" for a limited time!

Event Date:2018.02.07-02.14
Jan 19, 2018
Bistro Favori, a French restaurant in Daikanyama, Tokyo, has teamed up with its popular French toast and single-origin chocolate from Vietnamese chocolate brand MAROU to create the "Chocolate French Toast," available for a limited time from February 7th to 14th.

"Chocolate French Toast" (1,800 yen with salad and coffee)
Bistro Favori's French toast, which is marinated for 10 hours before being baked, is so popular that it is now said to be the most delicious in Tokyo. Now, for a limited time only during Valentine's Day, the store's chief pastry chef, Matsuyama, has collaborated with Marou, which was selected by the New York Times as "The World's Best Chocolate You Don't Know."

The "Chocolate French Toast" is the perfect match of hot, fluffy, and smooth French toast with the bitterness of high-quality cacao and the tartness of citrus fruits. It is available as a single item with salad and coffee for 1,800 yen, or as a dessert with a course menu starting from 2,900 yen.

Enjoy Valentine's Day with this limited-time sweet dish.
