FLIPPER'S, a soufflé pancake specialty store, will open its Yokohama Motomachi store on January 25th. To commemorate this, the "Miracle Pancake: Kurenai no Yume Apple Pie" (1,400 yen) will be sold at all stores for a limited time from January 25th to February 28th.

To celebrate the opening of the Yokohama Motomachi store, the "Miracle Pancake: Kurenai no Yume Apple Pie" is a dish made in the style of an apple pie, topped with a compote of two types of apples: the red-fleshed "Kurenai no Yume" apple and the moderately sour "Koumei" apple, an original cream flavored with cinnamon, vanilla ice cream, and a crispy pie.

"Miracle Pancakes with Raw Chocolate" (1,400 yen)
Flipper's (excluding the Yokohama Motomachi store) is also selling "Miracle Pancakes with Raw Chocolate" (1,400 yen) made with Valrhona chocolate for a limited time from January 9th to February 18th, just in time for the Valentine's season. You can enjoy four different types of chocolate with different textures: raw chocolate, chocolate crunch, chocolate cream, and sliced chocolate.

"Miracle Pancake Plain"
At the Yokohama Motomachi store, for four days from January 25th to 28th, as a campaign limited to the first 20 people each day, if you post a photo on Instagram with the hashtag "Miracle Pancake" you will receive a free "Miracle Pancake Plain," which normally costs 1,080 yen.

In addition, for the week from January 25th to 31st, the first 20 people each day to purchase a three-piece box of "Pancake Pie," a one-handed sweet treat consisting of pancakes sandwiched between flaky pie crust, will receive an original tote bag.
