Ladurée (LADURÉE) has released its 2018 Valentine's Day collection and a new chocolate box.
"Declaration d'Amour" (¥2,200)
The Valentine's Day collection features three items: "Declaration d'Amour" (¥2,200), the limited-edition "Shiny Valentine" macaron box (¥2,740 for 6 pieces), and the limited-edition "Courté Josephine" macaron (¥281 each).
"Declaration d'Amour" is a heart-shaped entremet made of soft chocolate dough layered with a thin layer of hazelnut praline, passion caramel, and dark chocolate "Manjari" mousse.
Decorated with creamy chocolate and small red-tinted white chocolate hearts, it is a passionate treat perfect for Valentine's Day. It will be on sale at the Ginza, Nihonbashi, Shinjuku, and Yokohama stores from February 10th.
Limited-edition macaron box "Shiny Valentine" (6 pieces for 2,740 yen)
On January 27th, the limited-edition macaron "Courté Josephine" will be available. The chocolate ganache, which is an infusion of the original blended tea "Thé Josephine," with the scent of citrus and jasmine, is sandwiched between heart-shaped macaron cups.
On the same day, a limited edition macaron box "Shiny Valentine" (6 pieces for 2,740 yen) will also be available.
"Coffret Charmureuse" with blue charm band (4 pieces for ¥2,547)
Three new chocolate boxes are available: "Coffret Charmureuse" (4 pieces for ¥2,547), "Coffret Romance" (4 pieces for ¥1,860), and "Coffret Revues" (9 pieces for ¥3,610). Each box comes with a charm band.
The "Coffret Chamoulise" is an assortment of four types of bonbon chocolates from Ladurée's teas: "Te Jardin Bleu Royal," "Te Josephine," "Te Earl Grey," and "Te Marie Antoinette."
It will be available for pre-sale at Salon du Chocolat from January 22nd to 28th, and will then be sold at the Ginza, Nihonbashi, Shinjuku, and Yokohama stores, as well as at other events, from January 29th.

"Coffret Romance" contains four types of bonbon chocolates: rose, raspberry, pistache, and Earl Grey. "Coffret Revues" contains nine types of bonbon chocolates: rose, raspberry, pistache, Earl Grey, Jardin Bleu Royal, violette, paleol, passion fruit, and noisette.
Both will be on sale from January 19th at the Nihonbashi, Shinjuku, and Yokohama stores, as well as at other events.
