To celebrate the opening of its Shinsaibashi store in Osaka on February 3rd, French high jewelry house Van Cleef & Arpels will be selling "Lucky Animals," a precious jewelry collection that is currently only available at its Ginza flagship store in Japan.

Since the brand's founding, Van Cleef & Arpels has continued to express the elegant and delicate world of animals through jewelry. The collection was born as a playful collection of nine clips, a successor to "La Boutique," which the house launched in the 1950s.

This time, the newest "family" joining the Maison's world are animals full of vitality, such as cats, lions, hummingbirds and rabbits. The adorable animals living in the tranquility of nature are expressed using colorful hard stones and delicate marquetry, and finished with a border of gold beads, symbolic of the Maison.
