Starting in March, Andaz Tokyo in Toranomon, Tokyo, will be offering a menu full of spring charms, including cherry blossom viewing and botanical dishes.


The "Cherry Blossom Viewing Afternoon Tea at Sakura Garden" is back again this year at the "Rooftop Bar," which offers panoramic views of Tokyo Bay. During the daytime, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, guests can enjoy a buffet-style afternoon tea packed with seasonal ingredients while savoring the scent of cherry blossoms. In addition to an open sandwich counter where chefs prepare sandwiches right in front of you to suit each individual's taste, there is also a cold counter, hot counter, and dessert counter. This popular event allows you to enjoy the flavors of spring to your heart's content while gazing at the Tokyo cityscape bathed in the soft spring sunlight. The event will run from March 30th to April 1st, April 6th to 8th, and April 13th to 15th. Prices are ¥4,800 for two hours of free-flow coffee, tea, and soft drinks; ¥6,800 for two hours of free-flow sparkling wine, beer, and red and white wine; ¥7,800 with a glass of champagne (Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé); and ¥2,400 for a cherry blossom viewing kids' afternoon tea for children aged 4 to 12.


And in the evening, we'll be hosting "Night Cherry Blossom Dinner at Sakura Garden." This course-style dinner includes appetizers like three kinds of tuna temari sushi and our signature lobster bisque, followed by a sirloin steak main course, paired with a glass of champagne.

For dessert, we'll serve a cherry blossom and strawberry dessert buffet, bringing to mind the spring. Savor the elegant cherry blossoms, the Tokyo night view illuminated by the moonlight, and the gentle spring breeze alongside the chef's carefully selected dishes.

Nighttime service will be available from March 30th to April 15th. The price is ¥16,000 for a glass of champagne (Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé), champagne (Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut), beer, red and white wine, and soft drinks with two hours of free flow, or ¥12,000 for a glass of champagne (Perrier-Jouët Blanc Rosé).


This spring, cocktails using popular botanicals will be available for a limited time from March 1st to April 30th. Mixologist Yasutoshi Yoshihara will be proposing a total of six gorgeous cocktails, including a unique combination of gins from around the world and botanicals inspired by each country, such as the "Japanese Fizz," which combines Japanese craft gin ROKU with cherry blossoms, synonymous with spring in Japan, and the "Indonesian Fizz," which has a refreshing taste with cinnamon and lemongrass.


In addition, the cafe and bar "BeBu" will be offering "Deborah Tapas!" (starting from ¥5,000), a Spanish bar-inspired version, from March 1st to April 30th. The pastry shop will be offering "Sakura Sweets," including the adorable "Sakura Eclair" (small ¥200, large ¥490), featuring cherry blossoms, from March 19th to April 27th.
