The Salon de Cafe at Shiseido Parlour Ginza flagship store will be holding a "Special Strawberry Day 2018" exclusively on "Strawberry Day," January 15, 2018.

Ten of the best varieties of delicious strawberries from all over Japan will be gathered together, and 10 types of strawberry parfaits will be available in limited quantities.

The strawberry parfait lineup includes five varieties: "Aomori Prefecture's "Sachinoka" Strawberry Parfait," "Yomaguchi Prefecture's "Yotsuboshi" Strawberry Parfait," "Kagawa Prefecture's "Sanukihime" Strawberry Parfait," "Tokushima Prefecture's "Asuka Ruby" Strawberry Parfait," and "Fukuoka Prefecture's "Yayoihime" Strawberry Parfait." All are priced at 1,890 yen including tax.

The special strawberry parfait comes in four varieties: "Special strawberry parfait with "Skyberry" from Tochigi Prefecture" (2,180 yen including tax), "Special strawberry parfait with "Kirapika" from Shizuoka Prefecture" (2,180 yen including tax), "Special strawberry parfait with "Fukuharuka" from Fukushima Prefecture" (2,380 yen including tax), and "Special strawberry parfait with "Marihime" from Wakayama Prefecture" (2,380 yen including tax).

In addition, we will be offering the "Gifu Prefecture "Mino Musume" Premium Strawberry Parfait" (3,240 yen) as a premium strawberry parfait, which uses large strawberries, which are rare in the Kanto region, even in the ice cream.
