"An Paste Kudzu Shiruko and Shiratama Mochi" (648 yen including tax), available exclusively at An Stand Kita-Aoyama and Shinjuku stores, is a sweet red bean soup made with smooth bean paste and Yoshino kudzu, topped with fragrantly baked shiratama mochi (rice cake) topped with plain and brown rice puffs.
