Opened in 2000, American-style hamburger shops J.S. BURGERS CAFE and J.S. FOODIES currently have seven locations nationwide. They're holding a Christmas fair from November 28th to December 25th at three locations. The lineup includes four types of burgers, including a rich burger to get you in the Christmas spirit and hot drinks perfect for winter.
The Roast Beef & Chicken Burger (1,380 yen) is a special burger that lets you enjoy all the classic Christmas treats in one go. Tender chicken marinated in yogurt and spices and slowly grilled is luxuriously topped with beautiful rose-colored slices of roast beef. Served with mashed potatoes and a rich gravy, it has a rich flavor, accented by the texture of onions and cauliflower and the tangy cream sauce.


The smooth cream-based soup, which brings out the umami of two types of shellfish, has a light taste and the gentle sweetness of onions, carrots, and potatoes. It also goes perfectly with a hamburger.


"Marshmallow Hot Chocolate" (520 yen) is a hot chocolate, a long-loved drink in America, topped with toasted mega marshmallows, making it a not-too-sweet dessert drink made with an exquisite blend of milk and fresh cream. Pair your hot chocolate with "Raspberry Gelato" (280 yen), a sundae-style drink made with sweet and sour raspberry gelato topped with strawberry and cranberry compote and garnished with cheese cream and churros, for a delightful contrast between warm and cold.

The fair will run until Christmas day. If you visit the store between December 23rd and 25th, you will receive a premium ticket as a Christmas gift, which will give you half-price hamburgers to use on your next visit.
