The restaurant, with its elegant style that combines Japanese building materials with Western style, is produced by Still Foods Co., Ltd., the same company behind the popular steakhouse "37 Steakhouse & Bar" in Roppongi Hills, Tokyo, and "Artisan de la Truffe PARIS," which has just arrived in Japan from Paris.

Dinnertime offers the popular "U.S. Prime Beef Rib Loin Steak 300g" (6,800 yen), also popular at the Roppongi branch, as well as dishes using Kyoto ingredients such as "Kyoto Mochi Pork Homemade Pate de Campagne" (1,600 yen) and "Kyotanba Hirai Beef Loin Grill 200g" (12,000 yen). At lunchtime, they offer the "37 Original Coarse-Ground Hamburger (with French fries)" (1,600 yen) and the "21-Day Aged Black Angus Beef Steak Rice Bowl" (2,500 yen).
