
A collaborative pop-up shop called "LIBERTY LONDON x MORIGUCHI KUNIHIKO" by London's premium lifestyle brand Liberty London and national treasure and yuzen artist Moriguchi Kunihiko is running at the Isetan Shinjuku store from October 25th to 31st.
An opening ceremony was held on October 25th, welcoming guests Moriguchi Kunihiko, Liberty London Managing Director Ms. Sarah Halsall, Design Director Mr. James Millar, and model Tamaru Maki. Tamaru appeared carrying a collaboration bag and wearing a precious kimono called "Kagayaki" (Brilliance), a pairing with Moriguchi's "Reimei" (Dawn), a piece from the Victoria & Albert Museum collection. She commented on the collaboration items, saying, "They're very versatile and go well with casual outfits like denim, as well as more formal occasions like work."

The collaboration pop-up shop, "LIBERTY LONDON x MORIGUCHI KUNIHIKO," will feature a new collection exclusive to Isetan Mitsukoshi, featuring a redesign of Liberty London's signature ipsis pattern by Moriguchi Kunihiko. The items on sale include large tote bags (2 colors/76,000 yen), medium tote bags (4 colors/57,000 yen), small tote bags (4 colors/47,000 yen), pouches (4 colors/55,000 yen), card cases (4 colors/16,000 yen), large scarves (2 colors/37,000 yen), and small scarves (4 colors/14,000 yen).
