Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Salon de Café is currently offering a limited number of sandwiches made with the rare "Mongee Bananas" from Okayama Prefecture.

"Mongee Bananas" are characterized by their rich aroma, sweetness, and uniquely thick texture. They are a type of Taiwanese banana with a nostalgic taste that is rarely found in Japan, and the word "Mongee" in their name means "tremendous" in the Okayama dialect.

For a limited time, the store is offering the "Okayama Prefecture Mongee Bananas" sandwich (1,890 yen including tax / 2,460 yen including tax with a complimentary cup of coffee or tea), sandwiched between soft, chewy homemade bread and topped with gently sweet fresh cream.
