Weekend Max Mara pops up at Shinjuku Isetan, featuring bags inspired by Japanese sweets

Event Date:2017.09.13-09.19
Sep 11, 2017

A Weekend Max Mara pop-up shop will be held at the Isetan Shinjuku Main Building, 1st floor, Handbags/Promotions section, from September 13th to 19th. The Pasticcino Bag, characterized by its soft volume and oversized gumball-like clasp, has been enhanced in both design and functionality for the Fall/Winter 2017 season, with four sizes available: Medium and Mini-Mini, in addition to the existing Large and Mini sizes. The medium size, crafted from mink fur, is a Japan-exclusive model inspired by Japanese sweets. Available in five colors: vibrant fuchsia, deep red, nuanced brown, gray, and navy, it will be available for ¥173,000 at the pop-up shop. It will be available nationwide from September 20th.

Also, during the pop-up period, if you post a photo taken at the special photo booth on Instagram and register for a membership card, you will receive a free Pasticino bag-shaped Japanese sweet. In addition, if you purchase a product, you will receive an original scarf as a gift.

Elena Pesci, the creator of the Pasticino bag and product manager for accessories, will be visiting Japan. You will be able to receive advice at the pop-up from 2pm to 7pm on the 16th and 17th.
