Shiro, a cosmetics brand developed by Laurel, opened a new store with a cafe in Jiyugaoka on August 10th. The store offers Shiro's full lineup of makeup, skincare, and fragrances, as well as "Shiro HOME," a specialty home care product line, and "Shiro LIFE," a selection of carefully selected foods from around Japan. The first floor cafe, the second of its kind after the flagship store in Sunagawa, Hokkaido, serves seasonal meals featuring ingredients such as gagome kelp, sake lees, ginger, and rhubarb, all of which are used in Shiro's skincare products. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, from grilled curry and soup to pancakes and ice cream, all of which can be enjoyed in the spacious cafe space at the back of the store. There will also be a takeout stand set up outside the entrance where you can take home items such as deep-fried bread, which is popular at the main store, original smoothies made with seasonal fruits and vegetables such as sake lees, strawberries, and paprika, and cold-pressed juices.
The basement floor will stock all items, including shiro's signature products such as "Flax Nails," "Gagome Konbu Beauty Solution," and "Eau de Parfum," which are made with simple blends of natural ingredients, as well as makeup, skincare, body care, and fragrances. There will also be a touch-up space where customers can try them out freely.
In addition, "shiro HOME," which specializes in fabric care and home care products, will offer a lineup of laundry items such as fabric softener and baby detergent, as well as miscellaneous goods such as dish detergent, cleaners, and towels. Furthermore, the shop also carries ingredients used in Shiro products, such as "Gagome Konbu Furikake," "Original Ginger Syrup," "Lemongrass Tea," and "Shimazaki Farm Fresh Rhubarb," as well as "Shiro LIFE," a carefully selected range of delicious foods from all over Japan. This makes it a highly recommended shop for choosing items for your everyday use as well as gifts.
