For the 2022 Milan Furniture Fair, the House of Dior invited internationally renowned designer Philippe Starck to reinterpret the Medallion chair, an iconic example of the Louis XVI style beloved by Monsieur Dior.

Designed by Philippe Starck, the chair was named "Miss Dior" as a tribute to a certain femininity imbued with bold elegance. Driven by his "passion for minimalism," he refined the architecture of this famous chair to the utmost, pursuing the simplicity of its silhouette. This Italian-made piece reflects Philippe Starck's desire to explore the legend embodied by the Medallion chair, revealing its essence and heart through three exceptional models*. This elegant piece is elevated to art and is available in a variety of hues, including polished and satin-finished black chrome, pink copper and gold.

The Maison's timeless and unique collaboration will be exhibited at Palazzo Citterio in Milan from June 7 to 12, 2022.
*The Miss Dior chair is available with no armrests, two armrests or one armrest.
