Stella McCartney will open its first direct store in the Kyoto area at Daimaru Kyoto on August 18th.

This will be the brand's second store, following its location at Hankyu Umeda Main Store. The 115-square-meter store features wall panels with flowing, wave-like curves and accessory fixtures made of white marble, creating an architectural yet tranquil space.

The menswear collection will take up approximately one-third of the floor space, making this the first store in Japan to house both womenswear and menswear collections on one floor. Ready-to-wear items for women and menswear, which were launched in Spring/Summer 2017, as well as accessories and fragrances will be available.
