A large number of Fuchico figures sitting on a champagne tower. The first "Fuchico Cup Exhibition" will be held at Nagoya Parco.

Dec 3, 2014

The first-ever exhibition featuring the hugely popular capsule toy "Koppu no Fuchiko" will be held at Nagoya Parco from the 12th.
Koppu no Fuchiko is a character created by manga artist Tanaka Katsuki. Kitan Club has created 3D figures of the character for capsule toy sales, and they gained popularity for their novelty of being able to sit on the edge of a cup or hang from it. A total of 7 million units have been sold in the roughly two years since its release, and countless photos of Fuchiko sitting on a cup have been posted on social media.
The "Koppu no Fuchiko Exhibition" will feature many rare items that can only be seen here, including original drawings and character design materials by Tanaka Katsuki. A large number of Fuchiko figures will be seated in a champagne tower, and more than 200 previously released Fuchiko figures will also be gathered together. There will also be a "Photo Spot Fuchiko" where you can take commemorative photos with Fuchiko inside a large cup.

More than 100 types of related goods will be on sale at the venue, including limited items only available at the exhibition. This will be one of the few opportunities to encounter Fuchico, including various other exhibits.
