Vivienne Tam x Metropolitan Museum of Art's Ancient Egypt Exhibition Limited Edition Collaboration Items Now Available

Jul 4, 2014

To coincide with the "Metropolitan Museum of Art: Ancient Egypt: Queens and Goddesses" exhibition being held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum, Vivienne Tam will be releasing limited edition items in collaboration with the exhibition.

The product lineup is planned to include fans, mugs, glasses, accessories, T-shirts, and tote bags. Each item has been designed with inspiration from the works on display. They will be available for purchase from July 19th at the exhibition's special shop and other locations.

The exhibition will feature around 200 pieces selected from the Egyptian collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, with a theme of "women," which will be shown in Japan for the first time. The inspiration for this collaboration came from the museum's large collection of Vivienne Tam's works.
