Engineered Garments designed the uniforms for the New York branch of the popular ramen restaurant Ippudo.
This collaboration was born out of an exchange between Engineered Garments' Daiki Suzuki and the manager of Ippudo NY. For this project, Engineered Garments created a jacket and a tablier. The design features the store's famous thunder crest, a symbol of lightning.
These uniforms can also be purchased at Ippudo NY. The jacket costs $300 and the tablier $100. After enjoying Japanese cuisine in a sophisticated, modern Japanese restaurant with a bar counter, you'll definitely want to buy one as a souvenir.
