Following the opening of the "Isetan Haneda Store (Men's) Terminal 2" last month, the "Isetan Haneda Store (Women's) Terminal 1" opened on July 18th in the departure gate lounge on the second floor of the airport's Terminal 1 passenger terminal. This marks the third Isetan store at Haneda Airport and the first for women's wear.

The store, created in response to numerous customer requests, is a women's select store offering everything from clothing and accessories to lifestyle beauty gifts. The store aims to be an iconic store that embodies the essence of Isetan Shinjuku Main Store, showcasing both the latest and most authentic elements of fashion on the women's floor. The store offers a "travel wardrobe" that allows customers to switch from everyday wear to comfortable travel attire, from high-quality weekend wear to vacations. In contrast to the stylish and sophisticated men's store, the women's store embodies the excitement of setting off on a journey, with colorful items displayed against a predominantly white surface, creating a bright and pop space. The design concept is "open living." The goal was to create an intimate, welcoming environment for both men and women, where even just browsing is fun and comfortable. The spacious store is divided into four main areas: "Weekend," "Vacation," "Trend," and "Cafe & Relax." To make the extraordinary airport experience even more comfortable and enjoyable, the store offers a full range of services unique to airports and women, including a spacious fitting room where customers can easily change their style before their trip. Gift wrapping is also available quickly, and a flight information counter is also available. At the opening ceremony held on the same day, Japan Airport Terminal Co., Ltd. President and CEO Isao Takashiro and Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings President Hiroshi Onishi appeared together again. Takashiro said, "Following our two men's stores, we are very pleased to be able to open a women's store, which has been requested by many customers. Many women also visit our men's stores, so we are also pleased that the opening of a women's store has become a reality. The airport environment is changing at its fastest pace right now. Improvements are being made in all aspects, including functionality, convenience, and safety, so this store will play an extremely important role."

President Onishi said, "It is thanks to all the people involved with the airport that we were able to open our third Isetan store at Haneda Airport. Our first men's store featured a product lineup focused on business trips and special occasions, and we were particular about it being located inside the airport. Starting with our second store, we made adjustments in response to changing circumstances and needs, and we made our women's store more accessible. We hope that this store will become a place that people will make a point of visiting."

At the ceremony, many employees, including President Onishi, performed a dance to the official song "ISETAN-TAN-TAN," written by singer Akiko Yano, making for a very lively opening.
