Model and music producer Caroline de Maigret has been appointed muse for French cosmetics brand Lancôme. The collaboration between the two will begin in September and will be fully operational in 2015.
The collaboration will kick off with Caroline traveling the world for a campaign. Lancôme will accompany her in the campaign, which commemorates the publication of her book "How to Be Parisian Wherever You Are: Love, Style and Bad Habits," about the Parisian woman who embodies Lancôme's ideals.
On her appointment, Caroline commented, "I am very happy about this collaboration, which is different from any of our previous ones and is truly Lancôme. This is the beginning of a wonderful adventure with a brand I love."
Furthermore, Françoise Lehmann, President of Lancôme International, spoke of Caroline's appeal, saying, "Caroline is a woman blessed with a very French curiosity and creativity, who approaches a wide variety of fields, from art to music, beauty to fashion, with an open and free mind."
A Parisian woman with an outstanding style, Caroline is also known for her versatility and is the object of admiration for many women around the world. She is also the granddaughter of a minister, descended from the Polish royal family and the French Empress.
