This time, I'd like to suggest a day filled with relaxation. Forget about your busy life, whether it's work or hobbies, and find healing for both body and mind.

Even though I'm not a big fan of early risers, I participated in "Sunrise Yoga" and felt amazing. Feeling the rising sun's rays on my entire body and stretching my body left me feeling refreshed. I've enjoyed yoga in various situations, but dawn in Hawaii is by far the most refreshing.

My stomach was finally waking up, so I indulged in an acai bowl at 'AMA'AMA, an ocean-view restaurant designed in the style of a fisherman's home. The bowl is topped with crunchy acai, fresh bananas, strawberries, and coconut and almonds on top of chewy granola. It's surprisingly filling, so it's perfect for satisfying post-workout hunger.

A private poolside cabana offers the ultimate in relaxation. Cabana rooms, which can accommodate up to six people, can be rented exclusively for $325 a day or $150 a half-day. They come equipped with a 32-inch flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, refrigerator, and Wi-Fi. Recline on the sofa and enjoy a book or nap as you please. If you feel a bit hungry, enjoy the provided fruit platter and mineral water.

At dusk, we recommend spending time at the whirlpool spa, Alohi Point. Aulani faces Oahu's west coast, so you can watch the sun sink into the ocean. Watching the sunset from a warm whirlpool spa is incredibly luxurious and romantic. It's hard to find a day in Tokyo where you can enjoy both a sunrise and a sunset. The hectic schedule of everyday life seems a world away, and even the stiffness in your body seems to have been released...
